Design Feture
A new generation of absorbing type desiccator, integrate the advanages of change pressure absorbing and change temperature absorbing. It absorbs under the normal atmospheric temperatureand high evaporation partial pressure (working); resolve under relatively high temperature and lowevaporation partial pressure (regenerating); that is the moisture content which the desiccant absorbedduring the absorbing process is thoroughly get rid of in the regenerate process by the joint effect of the heat diffusion and low partial pressure of the high quality regenerated air (heated and dried air).
Absorb: the humid air enters A drier via the down pipe system a1, flow through the desiccant bedfrom bottom to top, the dried air is discharged from the up pipe.
Regenerate/blast: a few dried air (about 7%) enters the heater to be heated after being decompressed while flowing through the regenerated air regulation valve of the up pipe system. This portion of hot air (refered as regeneratd air) enters B drier, resolves and regenerated air is discharged into the armosphere after flowing through the B2 valve of the down pip system and silence.
Pressure equalizing: after the regenerating of desiccant, the B2 valve will shut. B drier gradually riseto the online work pressure, shift accurately.
Shift: B1 valve of the down pipe system will open, A1 valve shut, A2 valve open, the shifting processof the A,B drier is compleated. B drier begins absorbing, A drier relieve pressure and regenerate. The working sequence, working period and heating temperature are all automatically controlled by the controller.
